The Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Indian law.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of the Agreement to arbitrate, or to Your use of the Website or its features or the information to which it gives access, shall be referred to and settled or finally resolved by arbitration to be held in Bangalore according to the ICA India Arbitration Rules by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into the Agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
SSSHET reserves the right to amend/modify any part of the Agreement at any time without giving You any prior notice.
The “Last Revised” date would be included at the beginning of this Agreement if any such changes are made to the Agreement.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and users benefit, and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
