Patient’s Corner

At Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani, we are deeply committed to the highest standard of excellence in healthcare delivery, with a focus on compassionate patient care & loving family care. We strive to make you and your child’s experience as pleasent as possible. The following are some guidlines for the consultation and admission process at our Centres for Child Heart Care.

Timings
Patient Registration:
  • ATAL NAGAR: Monday – Friday: Before 8 AM
  • PALWAL: Monday – Saturday: Before 8 AM
  • NAVI MUMBAI: Monday – Saturday: Before 8 AM
    • Foetal ECHO (only available at Atal Nagar): Saturday 10AM to 12PM, with prior appointment
CLOSED on Sundays & Public Holidays
Accompanying patients
  • Two(2) attendants will be allowed to accompany patients below 12 years of age
  • Only one (1) attendant will be allowed to accompany patients above 12 years
Documents to brings
For registration, Please carry government photo ID:
  • Aadhar / PAN card of father/mother/guardian
  • Ration card
  • Birth certificate of child
After registration, you will be issued a unique patient ID card upon which needs to be carried for any future visits to the hospital
Reports & Advice
After outpatient consultation, the medical team will advice you about any further treatment. Reports will be provided after consultation.
Canteen & accommodation
Food & Accommodation will be provided free of cost after admission for surgery/intervention. Outpatients and attendants may avail canteen services.
Please note there is no appointment over phone or mail.
In case of emergency, please consult doctors at your local area, as we don't have facility to treat emergency cases

Canteen Services
  • Lunch and Dinner shall be made available for attendants totally free of cost after admission
  • Attendants are requested to follow medical advice with respect to pre surgery/intervention medication, pre operative care, surgery/intervention date and post operation/intervention care.
  • Patients are particularly requested to be prepared to stay in the Hospital during a varying pre-operative waiting period when the patient is observed by the medical team, before the actual surgery.
  • Attendants should not change without prior permission.
  • The hospital is closed on Sundays and public holidays
  • Usage of alcohol, gutkha, cigarette/bidi, Pan Masala in the hospital premises will not be tolerated.
  • Usage of mobile phones in the hospital premises is not allowed.
  • All patient attendants are required to wear the ID-tag given to them throughout their stay.

For assessment of foreign patients, the following reports are to be sent to our email address: info.palwal@srisathyasaisanjeevani.com

  • Latest ECHO report
  • Latest Weight of the child
  • Oxygen Saturation levels at room temperature
  • These will be assessed by the cardiologist & medical team. If treatment is possible at our hospital, we will initiate the following process for Visa.
In order to send an invitation for medical assessment, which would help for Visa processing, please note the following:
  • Patient attendants should send scanned copies of the passports of the patient and the patient attendants.
  • They should provide their contact details viz., residence address, contact numbers etc.
  • Only two attendants for patients below 12 years and one attendant for patients above 12 years would be allowed.
  • We shall prepare letters for the patient and the patient attendants addressing the High Commission of India in their country and the High Commission of their Country in India; and send a mail with these letters and copies to the concerned patient attendants.
  • After Visa is ready, they should inform us so that we shall arrange for OPD date on availability.
  • Upon arrival at the hospital, Foreigner Regional Registration Offices – FRRO will be intimated.
  • Registration/Residence Permit of foreign patients and attendants will be processed, if required.
  • During the stay at our hospital, foreign nationals should abide by the rules of the country and our organization. They also should carry two passport sized photos of the patient and the attendants.
  • Note: Alcohol and Non-Vegetarian food are not allowed in the hospital premises.

  • All services at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani are rendered totally free of cost, irrespective of caste, creed, nationality, religion, or financial status.
  • No. However, please note that Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani specializes in Congenital Heart Disease ONLY.
  • Patients of all ages with Congenital Heart Disease are welcome to visit the hospital.
  • Accommodation and food are provided free of cost to patients and attendants AFTER admission.
  • Prior to admission, patients and attendants can avail the food services available in the Canteen.
  • No. Outpatient Registration begins before 8am, Monday to Friday (Atal Nagar) and Monday to Saturday (Palwal).
  • Please visit the hospital for Outpatient Consultation (only when the patient is fit to travel), after which the medical team will provide you with a medical report and advice you on the treatment plan.
  • Given the large number of children awaiting treatment in the country, the treatment of your child is subject to evaluation by the medical team.
