MediConnect is an online telemedicine platform operated by Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals, dedicated to providing free paediatric cardiac care to children across India.

This platform enables patients and their guardians to connect with our specialist doctors via secure video consultation for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment — all at absolutely no cost.

• You must be 18 years or older to register. Parents/guardians may register on behalf of minor patients.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and medical information.
• One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Consultations are conducted via live video in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, Government of India (2020).
• Telemedicine has inherent limitations. The doctor has not physically examined the patient and the diagnosis is based solely on the history and symptoms reported.
• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history. Any undisclosed conditions may affect treatment outcome.
• In case of medical emergency, worsening symptoms, or adverse reactions — immediately visit the nearest hospital or call 112.
• Prescriptions issued via telemedicine are valid for the condition discussed and comply with applicable Indian regulations.

All services on this platform are provided Totally Free of Cost by Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospitals. This includes:

• Video consultations with specialist doctors
• Online prescriptions and medical advice
• Appointment booking and management
• Medical report storage and sharing

You will never be asked for payment. If anyone solicits fees on behalf of this platform, please report it immediately.

• Provide truthful and complete medical history, symptoms, and records.
• Attend scheduled appointments on time. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
• Follow the medical advice and prescription instructions given by the doctor.
• Do not share your login credentials or appointment links with others.
• Use the platform only for legitimate medical consultation purposes.

• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine medical consultation.
• Recording video consultations without written consent of the doctor.
• Sharing prescription documents for any purpose other than obtaining medicines.
• Attempting to access other patients' records or accounts.
• Misusing the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• This platform is not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care.
• Diagnoses and prescriptions via telemedicine are based on information provided online and may be limited without physical examination.
• Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani does not guarantee specific outcomes of treatment.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. We are not liable for service interruptions.
• Connectivity issues during video consultation are the responsibility of the user's internet service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
